2. Pricing & Timing Strategy

Accurate Pricing with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) — I’ll research and analyze recent comparable sales, active listings, and market trends to price your home competitively.

Strategic Listing Timing — I’ll advise on optimal listing dates based on Pennsylvania’s seasonal market patterns (typically spring through early summer for strongest demand).
